How to apply to the trust
Terms and Conditions
1. Budleigh Education Trust (the Trust) is established to make grants to Music Students (the student) selected under its scheme and decisions made relating to selection or grant shall be at the sole discretion of the trustees. Trustees shall not be responsible for payment of grant directly to students. Trustees reserve the right to vary any grant or to withhold payment of grant without giving reasons.
2. The Trust desires to make grants to students who have submitted the Trust's student application form and who meet the Trust's requirements. Such applications must always be supported by an accredited music teacher who shall submit a supplementary form to the Trust on behalf of the student
3. Grants shall be made to students selected to participate under the scheme payable to the accredited music teacher and not to the student directly. Music teachers in receipt of such grants agree to act as guarantors that the sums are paid to or on behalf of students without deduction for administration or any other charges
4. The Trust welcomes multiple or follow-up applications for grant relating to differing periods or circumstances but the Trust shall not be obliged to offer additional grants
5. The Trust and its administrators will be not liable for any inaccuracies and errors in the provided information and it will be not liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising under these terms and conditions or in connection with the information provided by our website and the notifications messages and we will not be liable for any loss of profit, contracts, business, goodwill, data, income, revenue or anticipated savings arising under terms and conditions or in connection with our website, whether direct or indirect, and whether arising in tort, contract, or otherwise.
